The San Giovanni beach, one of the best in Lido di Alghero, is right in front of our hotel, across the street, is known for its clear sand, so fine as to seem untouchable in his fingers, and its crystal clear water. You can admire its backdrop, especially early in the morning.
Starting from the Hotel and going along to the coast road of Lido you reach the thick pine forest that for over 50 years protecting the sandy coast of Maria Pia.
The white sand dunes and pine forest create ample shadows, creating an environment of wild nature that characterizes Sardinia. This beach you can travel without interruptions up to Fertilia, a small medieval village located 6.5 km from Alghero.
Continuing towards Porto Conte, about 3.5 km from Fertilia, turning left, you can reach the renowned Bombarde beach, with sandy bottom and a sea always clear and transparent. Behind the beach there’s a thick pine forest where to find shelter during the hottest hours of the day.
